Having relocated to Virginia after our retirement, we contacted Simon at Stapleton Elder Law in Charlottesville to prepare a trust to protect our assets and also to prepare new updated wills and other important documents. We were able to watch the video of Simon Stapleton’s presentation regarding asset protection from the comfort of our home and found it extremely helpful in explaining current regulations as well as answering many of our questions.
