Had an amazing experience with a new Carrier furnace installation with Manny (Emanual) and team. They were meticulous and detailed and left our house spotless after the install. My 86 year old mom reported her furnace would not turn on and it was set at 70 and dropped to 67 but would not kick on. I used Modern Air Solutions to fix my furnace when we hit the coldest day of 2025. Their tech, Ian, came out and was able to diagnose the issue in no time. Come to find out, I had a bad circuit board. Shortly after, he had the board switched out, and the furnace was up and running. I plan to use Modern Air Solutions for all future HVAC issues. Also, make sure you sign up for the maintenance plan. You can't beat the deal!
